[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive case management and employment program services to helping economically disadvantaged youth aged 16 – 24, to achieve while in school and to graduate, access job training and higher education opportunities, become gainfully employed and acquire the skills needed to progress in well-paying careers to conduct recruitment, orientation and intake of eligible youth, establish an enrollment plan, provide seamless transition of youth and youth services from former youth program operator to new system, administer and interpret comprehensive individual needs assessment for each youth enrolled, coordinate with existing youth service programs, monitor customer progress in reaching workforce development related goals, etc. to the government authority located in Oak Harbor, OH.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 12, 2018.
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on April 10, 2018.
(4) A contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
