[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide mental health and addiction services for help finding behavioral health services including substance use disorder treatment and recovery, ensures adequate training and information is available for referral agency staff, staff participates in training on the prevention, treatment and recovery resources, has experience dealing with at-risk populations including suicidal, substance abusers, mental illness, ensures confidentiality for callers and a records retention and disposal policy, provides real time referral s to service agencies by area of caller needs and monitors calls for customer satisfaction to the government located in Columbus, OH.
(2) Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
