[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional competence, experience and licensing Services for Jobs Plus program to the government authority located in Cincinnati, OH.
- Provide case management services residents, services will assist residents with obtaining and increasing earned income including employment-related services such as work-readiness training, employer linkages, financial counseling, educational advancement, job placement and employment counseling.
- The selected provider will be expected to provide career, employment and training service.
- Facilitate work experiences, on-the-job training opportunities, and build and expand relationships with local employers.
- Assist the selected service provider staff with outreach and engagement strategies, The strategies include holding events; use of traditional recruitment tools, such as flyers, notices and program brochures; conducting door-to-door visits to each resident; creation of a Jobs Plus Ambassador program for peer recruitment; engaging the property management staff.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2018.
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 1, 2018.
(4) A notice of intent to submit will be due on October 9, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
