[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide production coordination services including staging, audio, visual, sound and lighting equipment for two (2) locations on campus for the spring 2019 commencement ceremonies to the government authority located in Kent, OH.
- Audio equipment and services to provide a clear, intelligible, properly delayed and phased signal to people sitting in the rntire stadium, on the field, in the stadium seats, and on the stage.
- Provide a warm wash for platform party, highlighting the down stage area and podiums.
(2) A Pre-proposal meeting and site visit will be held on October 1, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
