[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide universal child abuse and neglect prevention awareness campaign development services that will involve messaging for the general public that is supportive of parents positive parenting, while also linking parents to community social institutions, services, and supports.
- To assess the regional community’s readiness for campaign to action, develop the awareness campaign messaging and develop an initial plan for media buying that includes services for print, broadcast, multimedia and online and negotiated rates with media outlets to receive low cost placement.
- Child abuse and neglect prevention messaging to promote protective factors and to provide support to caregivers so they can effectively nurture and protect children.
- Developed in consideration of community readiness to change behavior, Identification of the strategies, etc.
- Increase public awareness of the need to support parents, enhance caregivers’ ability to cope with the stresses of everyday life, influence attitudes and behaviors to support caregivers and positive parenting, children and youth are nurtured, safe and engaged.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2018.
(3) A Letter of Intent will be due on October 17, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
