Government Authority located in Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for VoIP telephone system and services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide telephone system and services for the community college system.
- The scope of services is multi-tiered as follows:
• Update wiring to support VoIP.
• Replace handsets, reuse Ericsson PBX.
• Upgrade PBX (on-premise or hosted) and handsets for all locations.
• Provide DR (on-premise or hosted).
• Location transparency through a uniform dialing plan and seamless transfers
• Direct calling to all departments and divisions as well as selected staff members
• Provide a voice processing (voice mail, automated attendant, unified communications capability with- office 365) system that is easy to use for both callers and staff
• Program/Information Numbers through announcement mailboxes with individual DID Numbers
• Utilize an automated attendant to guide callers to the proper City departments
• Location survivability through near continuous service despite network or component
• Use of the City’s fiber-based WAN connecting all City facilities
• Utilize existing PoE data switches
• Provide some additional or replacement network cabling
(2) A non- mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on October 15, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 18, 2018.
(4) Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
