[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate brokerage services to the government authority located in Kent, OH.
- Develop strategies for sale and lease for certain parcels of real estate identified as non-strategic surplus.
- Develop and carry out an agreed upon marketing plan for the properties.
- Handle advertising and listing of the properties.
- Coordinate site visits with developers, prospective buyers.
- Receive and evaluate all offers from prospective buyers, lessees and communicate.
- Coordinate all inspections, appraisals and title work related to the properties.
- Coordinate and finalize all real estate transactions related to the properties, working closely with the real estate department and legal counsel.
- Handle all other customary activities and services associated with real estate transaction.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on October 26, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
