[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide human resources wage and compensation study services to the government authority located in Cincinnati, OH.
- The consultant must complete a wage/labor survey and analysis (for all positions) to revise the pay structure as needed to assure external and internal equity and meeting State Pay Equity Compensation Standards.
- The consultant must review and evaluate all current and proposed position classifications, rankings and grades, providing recommendations for necessary revisions.
- Conduct a job audit of all positions, including a general task analysis by department, which shall include interviews with department directors and other key personnel and employees to determine the organizational structure and essential functions of each position.
- The consultant must prepare final documents of the plan, including guidelines for plan implementation and administration.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 10, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
