[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide existing cash and magnetic tickets-based automated fare collection system with a new fare payments solution,
- Payments solution will be an integral part of a Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) platform planned,
- Seamless trip planning and payment together within one mobile application, ensuring 100% end-to-end multi-mode connectivity for all customers,
- Customers with an easy-to-use, open sourced and integrated payment platform, connecting along all mobility modes identified in the region,
- Mobility modes may include, but are not limited to, fixed route transit, demand response transit including ADA complementary paratransit, human services transportation, ridesharing services, taxis, transit network companies, docked and dock-less bike share, car share services, scooters, parking meters, garages and other current or future alternative mobility modes,
- All alternative mobility modes, ensuring the efficient delivery of a seamless mobility network while increasing service quality and access,
- To decreased independence due to being unaware of the mobility services available to them,
- Providing an open and nonproprietary architecture,
- Enhancing ease of use for customer convenience through universal design, ensuring all customers have the ability to access,
- Increase operational efficiencies,
- Phasing out and ultimately eliminating all on vehicle cash transactions,
- An account-based back-end that completes the following but is not limited to manages customer payment accounts, associated sub accounts and payment products, manages payment transactions and funds processing, supports apportionment/settlements and reconciliation, supports web-based general public, institutional and discount/benefits portals,
- On-board readers/validators must read contactless smartcards and validate mobile tickets using Near Field Communications, Bluetooth and mobile ticketing validation using barcodes/QR codes or flash pass approach,
- Account-based back-end should support gamification of mobility modes and associated fares
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be for November 6, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
