[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide special duty software for the management, recordkeeping, and distribution of police secondary employment, including special duty or off-duty employment, fill special duty jobs, track outside employment, and bill customers for police equipment use, reduce administrative workload, improve communications and customer service and fully capture invoiced funds, allows separate sign-on authorities for users, allow personnel to submit special duty job information including duty hours and location, allow personnel to sign-up and accept special duty assignments, allow personnel to create reoccurring special duty jobs, ability to alert users through email and mobile or text message alerts of available jobs and confirmation of assignments, ability to create user profiles, ability to create business profiles, create custom invoices based on equipment use, business profiles, create invoices for equipment use based on entered special duty job information, ability for the system to automatically generate custom invoice numbers, mobile application for iOS and android, ability to generate real-time and comprehensive reports and ensure employees cannot work more hours than their contracts allow.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
