[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide building and zoning permit software for manage workflow, record keeping, inspections and reporting, increases staff productivity while enriching the public experience, search functionality, tracking or reporting and permit entry or review, web or browser-based system for internal and external browsers, ability to provide a public portal for applicant/public to view permit information, ability to easily link and search permits, ability to generate orders, letters and other forms, ability to create preformatted responses to activities, access to permit data and related property information, ability to add/update data remotely, ability to approve and issue permits, ability to expand the application of the software to other city divisions permits.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than February 18, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
