Vendor needs to provide PeopleSoft advanced support services include the ability to analyze and backport Oracle ACA patches for HCM 9.1 for ACA tax updates.
- Vendor will assist with analysis and backporting the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 patches for Affordable Care Act only to State’s HCM 9.1 application as they become available
- Service includes analysis, assistance with backporting for the Affordable Care Act patches for Affordable Care Act for tax year 2018 and any necessary support for the applied ACA patches for ACA for tax year 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
