[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide media planning, negotiating and buying services for campaign is to reduce stigma about addiction and impact of treatment and to connect people to treatment and recovery resources.
- Media-buying services such as: media planning (ta best deliver on defined target), prioritizing markets, media buying (negotiating best rates and placement as well as added value), tracking, optimizing and post-buy analysis,
- TV and radio plans will include information standard to the industry such as market and station demographics, buy detail by market including proposed placements, reach and frequency and cost per point/gross rate point,
- Print media plans will similarly include information standard to the industry such as placement dates, readership demographics, decoration, etc.,
- media planning and buying related to digital technologies, such as internet marketing, Search Engine Promotion, Google AdWords, mobile marketing, social media messaging (e.g., Facebook and Twitter),
- Perform timely post-buy analysis to measure return on investment and other marketing metrics that quantify campaign effectiveness.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 13, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
