[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic patient eligibility inquiry and response transactions solution and services uses patient demographic information and admit, discharge, transfer, insurance, demographic data, it should have the capability of accepting and transmitting this data electronically from core revenue cycle information systems.
- Provide the number of successful ANSI X12 270 / 271 healthcare system integration installs.
- Provide total number of client sites equivalent in size that are currently in production with your 270 / 271 integrated real-time solution.
- Provide the names of any hospitals that have de-installed your system or stopped using your system within the last 2 years.
- Provide the names of companies, payers or healthcare providers with which your company has for profit partnerships or joint ventures.
- System provides on-line, real time data integration with core applications.
- System provides batch inquiry, response data integration with core applications.
- System provides stand-alone interactive eligibility inquiry mode via browser to support adhoc inquiries
- System provides screen and field level on line help.
- Ability to compile and easily provide a complete audit report of every user who viewed or entered electronic data.
- Ability to restrict system-level changes only to users with administrative rights.
- Delivering a response to a user that has logged out of the core application.
- System provides user-defined sort capability.
- System must support at least two working environments, domains- production, test, review impact of multiple environments on system performance and any required hardware, software, additional fixed or per transaction pricing.
- System must support simultaneous access to the same response.
- System is web-enabled via web portal.
- System must be capable of supporting a distributed client server platform.
- System should be capable of supporting a citrix platform.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 9, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite and Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
