Vendor needs to provide website redesign, development and hosting services for redesign the Board web site to make it more user friendly, be the web developer of the web, expertise in communications, web site design, development and graphic design, redesign new graphics theme, industry experience in communications, web site and web development, Clearly demonstrate the capabilities to perform the work, Showcase innovative approaches, methods and tools used to develop these materials, ability to address highly complex, multi-agency or enterprise level business problems and present these elements to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the State IT community.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
