Vendor needs to provide commercial-off-the-shelf air force publications reduction technology solution for elements of document/content management, records management and knowledge management, a comprehensive end to end lifecycle solution will streamline the creation of publications, through collaboration and offer an interactive in-depth search and retrieval capability for the publications users, develop, validate, disseminate, search/interact, and monitor publications, requires the eventual acquisition of a technology solution that enables robust content management, including real-time collaborative product development, performance tracking, workflow management and electronic publishing, effort to evaluate the utility of particular technologies to support a set of defined capabilities and related processes, tracking and reporting tools that enable analysis of activities, support knowledge work, creation and modification source documents that can be rendered as af publications across multiple formats and mediums, ability for user to redirect to the warehouse link to order physical documents needs, easily locate desired information from entire body of air force publications and related guidance, ability to allow publication managers to track, review, and communicate publication status and inventory at all levels, ability to generate comprehensive reports that track development, ordering, delivery, maintenance and quality metrics across the enterprise with the ability to drill down to the document level.
