Government Authority located in Flat Rock, North Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendors for Banking Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Banking Services to develop a working relationship with the financial institution and not be just another customer.
1. County Funds
2. Institutional Funds
3. Payroll Funds: This account shall be set up as a “pass-through” for the electronic deposit (wire) of net pay for employees and the EFT of Federal Tax Deposits.
4. Investment Funds: This account shall be designated for earnings on excess funds. Currently, these funds are on deposit with the Short-Term Investment Fund (STIF) controlled by the North Carolina Department of State Treasurer. Currently, we have no investments in CDs or securities. Funds will be invested in accounts based on a strategy to maximize earnings.
- Merchant Services for the acceptance of credit cards.
- Provide electronic processing terminals and printers for credit cards and proposed maintenance and support.
- Processing of Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express debit or credit transactions.
- Receipts must meet payment card industry security standards.
- Online ability to review and research transmission problems for credit and debit card payments and the ability to obtain online reporting of daily/monthly transactions. to the government authority located in Flat Rock, NC.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 29, 2019.
(3) The contract term will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
