[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide investment advisory services for professional portfolio management services for approximately $60,000,000 in active and interim deposits to the government authority located in Dayton, OH.
- Assist the district with cash flow and maturity analysis
- Provide credit analysis of investment instruments in the portfolio
- Provide monthly, quarterly and annual reporting on all district funds
- Attend quarterly meetings with the district treasurer
- Evaluate market risk and develop strategies that minimize impact on the portfolio
- Provide assurance of portfolio compliance with applicable policies and laws
- Establish an appropriate performance benchmark
- Review investment policy – recommend appropriate amendments
- Ensure portfolio structure matches the district investment objectives
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on April 23, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than April 25, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be for three years.
