[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide problem gambling helpline services and will provide accurate, updated and easy-to-use web resources for residents to obtain information and referrals for help with the consequences of problem gambling, the Helpline will include a 24/7 /365 call line and web-enabled chat windows,
- Ensures adequate training of crisis counsellors and information and referral agency staff,
- Staff participates in problem gambling-specific training,
- Has live chat with clients available via the internet,
- Provides real time referrals to service agencies by area of call (zip code or other) and caller's needs,
- Must refer for co-occurring issues in addition to gambling, such as suicidal ideation, financial problems, food or housing challenges, domestic violence, etc.,
- Monitors calls for customer satisfaction,
- Updates web and caller resource list at least once a week, as needed,
- to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
(2) A contract term will be for two years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
