[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide hearing officers services for administrative hearings held pursuant to the laws and rules that govern the business of the department, its divisions, its programs and its boards,
- Impartially and expediently preside as a semi-judicial hearing officer over Department administrative hearings,
- Hearings may occur in person, by remote communication technology, or through written submissions,
- Hearings may also include pre-hearing motions, written stipulations, oral argument, the presentation of evidence, post-hearing briefings, etc.,
- Coordinate all hearing matters with the appropriate division hearing administrator to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
