Government Authority located California; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Workers Compensation Third Party Claims Administration Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Workers Compensation Third Party Claims Administration Services to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)/Public Employment Risk Reduction Program (PERRP) record keeping and reporting,
- Obtaining the highest quality service possible to operations and injured employees.
- Reducing overall claim durations and costs.
- Maximizing the administrative efficiencies of the TPA and Managed Care Organization to support OHIO.
- Achieving superior data capture (location codes, injury and claim profiles) and reporting capabilities.
- Developing a collaborative partnership to assess and implement best practices for injury and medical management.
- Timely and accurate completion of OSHA/PERRP forms.
Specific program requests include but are not limited to:
- One account manager.
- Customized Special Claim Handling Instructions.
- Dedicated and experienced claim adjusters and case specialists.
- Participation and attendance of key claim handling personnel at quarterly claim reviews.
- A robust, Internet based website that allows to view claim notes and images in real-time. Additionally, the system must provide the ability download claim reports on demand.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 26, 2019.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
