[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide safe sleep communication services to develop a culturally-informed digital media advertising campaign that promotes safe sleep practices and support for families with new babies to initiate behavioural change. an emphasis will be placed on targeted digital and social-media advertising strategies to create measurable engagement and behavioural change.
- Target Audience: The vendor must have detailed examples of working successfully with parents age 18-44; grandparents and caregivers age 35-65, and community influencers age 18-65,
- Interactive digital strategy and tools: vendor shall build upon the extensive work completed to raise awareness, educate and reinforce of safe sleep, will include the development of an interactive strategy and tools that promote safe sleep practices through a variety of topics and scenarios that build safe-sleep habit by overcoming sleep management challenges faced by all parents,
- Multi-media Content Development: Vendor shall develop the content and concept and utilize the campaign concepts currently available through all media elements that will be used with the traditional media, commuter advertising, digital and social engagement, Content should build on existing branding, evidence-based learnings and cultural competence that show real families that face challenges with infant safe sleep practices due to topics including, but not limited to living arrangements, multiple caregivers, expectations of developmentally appropriate sleep practices, etc.,
- Promotion of digital tools shall develop a plan they will implement to promote current and new messages with digital tools in the coverage area through techniques such as geo-fencing, in addition, the vendor will be responsible for updating the website content,
- Translation: All resources must be available in English, Spanish and Somali,
- Outcome Measures: campaign will include monthly reporting by the 5th of each month on agreed upon outcome measures that demonstrate movement in awareness, engagement and behaviour or knowledge change over the duration of the campaign.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on April 23, 2019.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 2,2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
