Government Authority located in Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for audio visual equipment review, enhancement, and support services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide audio visual equipment review, enhancement, and support services to the government authority located in Ohio.
Capabilities existing or potentially desired in the future include the following:
1. Sound system, including microphones, speakers, etc.
2. Cabling
3. Digital Signage and Scheduling
4. Support for presenting/displaying content from multiple sources and form factors such as devices running Windows, iOS, and Android
5. Integration if necessary, with current conferencing and scheduling systems in the rooms
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 07, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for five years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
