[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology support services to the government authority located in Monroe, OH.
- Information Technology Hardware / Software Management to evaluate and recommend replacement schedule for servers, desktops, laptops, and other hardware as needed along with associated software and network infrastructure components, VOIP support, migration to cloud based managed services were appropriate, monitor / manage city servers / infrastructure including remote performance of check list execution, remote backup management, and remote server software management for multiple city locations, replace hardware as approved by the city, such replacement hardware shall include all software from previous unit to insure ease of transition, work with users to remedy problems, insure virus check and software update processes are pushed out to end users, escalate broken units to hardware repair process, network administrator for user accounts/email/file services.
- Level 1 Help Desk to 8x5 onsite support, 1-hour call back after hours (not to exceed 2 hours) and escalate to level 2 support as necessary.
- Level 2 Support to assist level 1 help desk support, resolve all it infrastructure issues for all city locations, interaction with various product specialists to insure problem resolution (i.e. Microsoft, firehouse software, CMI, Tyler technologies, etc.), emergency response onsite as required.
- Data Analytics/Program to work with department to streamline software solutions, work between departments for interoperability of existing software, work with departments to generate reports using data stored within existing software and assist in the transitions of paper-based data to computer based data.
