[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide hearing officers services includes the following to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
- Provide legal services as a hearing examiner in any matter requested by the department, including but not limited to administrative hearings pursuant to state
- Ability to issue timely decisions, ability to preside over a hearing and manage the process.
(2) The term of the contract shall be two years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
