Government Authority Located in Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for afterhours answering service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional telephone answering services including staffing to answer all calls after the normal business hours and contact appropriate staff regarding emergencies when necessary.
- After hours operator to answer the main phone line,
- After hours operator to contact staff based on caller situation and provide staff with caller information to follow-up,
- Answer/triage all of the calls Monday thru Friday 5:20 p.m. to 7:40 a.m., Saturday 24 hours, Sunday 24 hours,
- Provide daily emergency escalation report,
- Re-direct calls to a backup location in case of an emergency at location.
(2) A contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
