[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide online professional development management solution for utilizes a combination of manual and automated processes to manage professional development activities, create professional development events and have participants register online through the departmental calendar, created a form using this application to capture requests for transcripts, lack of a centralized registration system, inability to show alignment of courses to district priorities, and the inability to produce a searchable catalog of professional development opportunities, able to propose professional development sessions and those sessions will be displayed in an online catalog upon approval, able to search the catalog for appropriate professional development and register for the courses through this online solution, easily be able to record attendance in the online environment, real time access to information regarding their professional development sessions, attendance, and transcript, be intuitive and easy to use, with reduced key strokes and more efficient processing, real time data for use by educators related to their professional development registrations and transcripts, indicate certain user attributes and roles, enable users to view all district professional development offerings.
(2) A not-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on May 3, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than May 9, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
