Vendor needs to provide HIPPA compliant technology for patient outreach to the government authority located in Cuyahoga, OH.
- Technology should include but not be limited to integration with electronic health records, have an effective texting outreach tool which has a high patient connect and response rate from patients, HIPAA information integrated into clinical workflows to be regulatory compliant, improve quality, quality scoring, and information on patient care be available to the whole team, solution should be demonstrated to improve percent of connection and response from the patients, clinical outcomes, and patient satisfaction and solution should be implementable within 60 days or less within a large
hospital system minimal oversite from hospital’s IS department.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
