[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide communications support services to support the communications manager and communication program in building capacity, securing additional earned media opportunities and collaborating strategically on proactive opportunities to benefit the organizations efforts to further its reputation as a trusted community resource and partner for waste reduction, reuse, recycling and safe disposal activities.
- Creation of a two- (2)-page (8.5x11) monthly employee newsletter using an existing template and network to solicit ideas, write articles, design, and produce a high-quality e-mailable and printable newsletter, Creation of a quarterly e-newsletter for stakeholders utilizing and improving upon an existing template, Support would include the production of a quarterly schedule including project deadlines leading up to distribution, and the strategic development of an outline of articles.
- Support social media activities including brainstorm a social calendar, to include content and images
- Assist with monitoring and compiling SWACO media coverage and other metrics including website and social analytics and prepare a written quarterly report and a summary at year’s end.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 07, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
