[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide sign language interpretation and transcription services of the sign language styles and Deaf community. Interpreter(s) shall accurately reflect the voice, tone, emotion, and non-spoken message of the communication.
- Transcription services accurately in real time captioning that is easily understood by the individual receiving the service, communication must be expressed correctly using the voice of the speaker, visually, without opinions, emotions, and experiences of the transcriber.
- Transcription Services to ability to relay message timely and effectively, accessibility to service site, ability to provide transcription services remotely, ability to provide on-site transcription services.
- On-site and remote sign language interpreting services for up to approximately 1,500 hours of interpreting services for staff as a reasonable accommodation (auxiliary aid for communication access) for business related activities.
- On-site and remote computer-aided transcription services for up to approximately 375 hours to be provided for the public and staff that are hard of hearing or deaf, for business related activities.
(2) A presentation will be held on May 07, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than May 09, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite and Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
