Vendor needs to provide electronic medical charting documentation system for document specific high-risk features based on the chief complaint, templates in electronic format and authorization for reproduction and utilization within the hospital, capable of downloading templated information, Any updates to the medical chart system will be incorporated throughout the life of the contract, analyze patient volume and determine/create appropriate encounter form templates customized to specific user requirements, recommending types and quantities or stocking and reproduction and telephone support consultation during normal business hours on the use of templates.
