[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide automated management system for maintenance and sustainment of the repositories for historical documentation, senior-level technical and functional support of workflows, technical workflow designs/re-designs (major/minor) associated with mandated policy guidance, maintenance and sustainment of the business management processes templates, and the application hosted environments, utilizing SharePoint out-of-the-box and third-party toolsets from a different, unconventional, and new perspective to meet complex design requirements, technical and functional senior-level support for data conversion and data migration in support of process improvements, technical upgrades, and technical and functional re-designs, ability to support an immediate surge in requirements by providing additional functionality and capability, technical and functional support for process and workflow management, senior-level technical expertise to support preliminary and critical design reviews in support of four quarterly releases yearly and technical and functional senior-level support for data conversion and data migration in support of process improvements, technical upgrades, and technical and functional re-designs.
(2) Contract period will be one year.
(3) This bid is set aside for Competitive 8(a).

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
