Vendor needs to provide website design services using content management software that must be compatible with mobile device should include optimization for phone, tablet, Social media interaction (Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook) and all popular browsers with consistent behaviour and appearance regardless of employed browser.
- User-friendly content management software that will allow non-technical sarta staff to update, add, and edit content, content management approach issues must address and include: ease of use, ways to automate the lifecycles of specific content and documents on the site, publishing content on several pages within the site, streamlined handling of images and documents, and the ability to maintain the site look and feel within the content management system.
- The redesigned website must be constructed with user-friendly content management software that will allow non-technical SARTA staff to update, add, and edit content.
