[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide zoning resolution and comprehensive land use plan the government authority located in West Chester, OH.
- The successful vendor will provide a newly written comprised of updated regulations, definitions, design standards and other applicable zoning items as required
- In keeping with the high expectations of township, a major component of this update is to format and publish the new in an appealing and professional style befitting a municipality of city standing
- The successful vendor will ensure the new is compatible for viewing in digital format
- The new document will be owned and editable by township for any future updates or amendments
(2) A pre-submission meeting will be held on June 20, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than June 28, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
