Government Authority located in Cleveland, Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for security system upgrade.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide security system upgrade to upgrade end-of-life cameras and other select equipment, deploy cameras in new locations, and setup a maintenance contract with an authorized reseller to provide service and support coverage for the security systems hardware and software installed at the district five major locations to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH.
- Improve security surveillance quality at southerly
- Provide and improve additional viewing support for southerly operations
- Enhance viewing coverage for site guardhouses
- Maintain updated software versions on servers and clients, and updated firmware on system hardware
- Provide consulting services for developing system enhancements
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on May 29, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than June 10, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be for five years.
