[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide flexible spending administrative services for their FSA program.
-City’s objective is to: 1) offer a Flexible Spending Account program equal to or better than the current offering 2) retain valued employees by offering valued options to employees 3) offer cost effective and cost savings solutions for employees, City has sole and final authority to control and manage the operation of this program.
-Administration fees for those employees participating in the program will be paid by the employer to the vendor on the agreed upon date.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 08, 2019.

Global (World-wide)
[D] Work Performance:
Global, companies from all over the world can apply for this. However, meetings can be conducted via ONLINE conference calls.
