[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide retrospective audit and payment recovery services for assist the organization in accelerating retrospective payer payment audits on zero balance accounts and underpayment recoveries to the government authority located in Rochester, OH.
- able to identify claims that were not paid by primary, secondary and tertiary insurance based on
demographic or payer information not available during the billing cycle
- identify underpayments or no payments and send requests to payers
- Complete a review of every claim for payment accuracy according to applicable contract
- Resolution tracking
- Manage data, reporting and provide improvement recommendations
- Analyze recovery data
- Analyze the findings and provide recommendations to minimize underpayments in the future
- recover underpayments or zero payments and provide trend reports and workflow analysis to eliminate/minimize future loss
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
