[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide programmatic and financial audit evaluation services for a program and review all financial statements and supplemental information in a manner and format that complies with the criteria established by generally accepted accounting principles to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
- State department of health may use an independent third party to examine the financial statements, accounting systems, internal controls and all programmatic financial requirements of a subrecipient
- Financial audit should include an analysis of the financial statements of partnered subrecipients for a program within a designated time period for years ending march 31, 2018 and march 31, 2019
- Programmatic financial audit should include a comprehensive analysis of the partnered subrecipients current accounting system, internal controls, all reimbursed financial transactions charged to state department of health through expenditure reports submitted to the grants management information system, and the agency’s policies and procedures
- State department of health staff will assist with compilation of relevant information and review/edit of the report, although the auditor is responsible to draft and finalize the document within 45 days following the completion of the audit.
(2) The term of the contract will be two years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
