Government Authority located in Columbus, Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for complaint investigator training services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide complaint investigator training services, gain a deeper and more technical understanding of complaint investigating and the writing process specific to complaints to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
- Provide training for twenty-seven staffers,
- Instruct on how to develop an investigative plan,
- Guide staffers through identification of issues vs. non-issues,
- Give foundations to understanding systemic complaints,
- Teach fact finding and summarization skills for investigation results,
- Provide training on assigning corrective action,
- Conduct workshop to allow participants to practice looking at various cases to practice and
- Train on technical writing, to focus on the use of word choice, details, style and editing.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
