[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide prisoner medical claims administrator services to purchase medical invoice management services for the city prisoner medical claims to improve the administration and containment costs.
- Provide a detail claim payment process to ensure the timely payment of approved invoices including turnaround time
- Provide a detail auditing process to verify the necessity of services rendered and to eliminate duplication of charges
- Provide a detail process to verify any existing primary medical insurance or healthcare coverage and to ensure that the medical provider has first sought payment through those sources
- Provide a detail process to mitigate the costs of services rendered through a healthcare provider network
- Provide a detail process on how information will be maintained and protected
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 19, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
