Government Authority located Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Salesforce Consulting Services
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Salesforce Consulting Services to
• Experience with Salesforce CRM, preferably Higher Education instances of Salesforce
• Experience integrating Oracle (Release 12) / PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (version 9; PeopleTools version 8.5x) ERP systems
• Ability to integrate/support Single Sign on (SSO) from the Ohio University portal (SAML 2.0 – using SimpleSAMLphp)
• Ability to consult as well as implement
• Previous successful implementation of a client portal
• Ability to configure different application steps for different program types OR applicant types
• Provide applicants the ability to upload attachments for applications.
• Ability for reviewers and faculty to approve materials through the portal with restricted permission
• Ability to grow or alter application portal as program needs evolve
• Ability to begin work immediately and complete project before December 2019.
• Provide thorough project documentation as well as user training and materials
(2) All Questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
