[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide compensation consultant to conduct a classification and compensation plan study to the government authority located in Green, OH.
• Review the city’s current employee classification and compensation plan, to include but not limited to organizational structure, job titles, updating job descriptions, corresponding FLSA exempt and non-exempt classification under current department of labor regulations, pay grades, and minimum and maximum ranges within pay grades;
• Conduct an employee classification and compensation plan study of public and private employers who are providing equitable services;
• Based on the study and current operations, determine what individualized position and job description updates are needed;
• Determine any revisions advisable for the job evaluation point factor process, job classification system, and overall compensation plan;
• Based on the study, prepare comparative analysis that identifies the city competitive position in the labor market;
• Based on the study, prepare recommendations for compensation rules, and policies; along with proposals for sustaining the compensation plan over time.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
