[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide refuse collection and recycling services for the collection and removal of non-hazardous waste and recyclable materials from the university, items to be furnished under this contract include, but are not limited to: compactors, roll-off containers, front-end load dumpsters, and roll-carts (for indoor use), services include maintenance on collection containers: cleaning, painting, and repair and the ability to add campuses to the contract as the need arises to the government authority located in Kent, OH.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2019.
