[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide human resource information system respondents to implement a web-based, hosted HRIS solution for human resources and payroll including payroll, timekeeping, online benefits enrollment, cobra and/or affordable care act compliance and reporting.
1. Enterprise V5.04.07.4.00 for HR/Payroll
2. Health and Welfare Service Engine for Benefits (HWSE)
3. e-Time (Version 8.0.16.657) for Timekeeping
4. I-Reports for payroll reporting
5. My ADP (self-service portal where employees view pay statements, W2s, 1099s, and other tax statements. They can also access benefits and performance information from this site, as well.)
6. Tax Services
7. Wage and Garnishment Services
8. GL product (used to prepare files that are utilized to interface data with CMHA’s financial system)
9. ADPR for report writing
10. ACA Health Compliance
11. Smart Compliance
12. COBRA Services
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 15, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
