[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide public safety policy management as a service for Secure and separate manageable locations of provided documents for each subscribed Public Safety division.
- Review exiting policies for relevance, duplication and formatting to meet best practices
- Create and draft policies based on policy content provided.
- Review existing policies for relevance, duplication and formatting to align with best practices
- Create scenario based or multiple-choice test question banks that support policies in Microsoft Word or PDF format
- Quickly process create policies and make updates to existing polices within 2-3 business days.
- Policies generated can be exported and managed externally or stored on platform
- ability to help synchronize policies across the two divisions and the sections within each division
- ability to customize and edit the policies to reflect the City of terminology, structure, operating philosophy and specific practices
(2) A not-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on November 6, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 11, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
