[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide investment compliance survey software for the purpose of obtaining external manager certifications.
- The software will be used to create quarterly and annual certifications to be completed by OPERS external investment managers.
- The primary goal of OPERS is to establish a business relationship(s) that will satisfy the current
requirements for survey software system.
- OPERS is seeking proposals for an on-premise survey software with the following requirements:
• Capability to provide secure respondent access;
• Capability to provide advanced question logic;
• Capability for issuer and respondent to upload attachments;
• Capability to provide unlimited survey issuance/responses;
• Capability to provide flexible navigation within the surveys;
• Capability to save incomplete surveys;
• Capability to provide survey response tracking;
• Capability to provide automated survey invitations;
• Capability to extend or reset survey due dates;
• Capability to provide scheduled survey reminders for incomplete responses only;
• Capability to provide flexible reporting/report sharing;
• Capability to provide contact grouping;
• Capability to provide API/webservices;
• Capability to provide a perpetual license;
• Capability to provide an Operating system including a Windows Server 2012 or higher;
• Capability to use a Web Server that is 8.0 or higher;
• Capability to use a database that is an SQL server 2014 or higher; and
• Capability to use an Internet browser that is IE11 and Chrome 72 or higher.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 14, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
