Government Authority located in Columbus, Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for training and consultation services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide training and consultation services for in-service training on MI/ID topics to be video conferenced to alternate locations at the discretion of city to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
- Provide 80 hours of consultation either in person or via webcam/videoconference for patients hospitalized in RPHs. Consults may be requested for any of the following:
a. Diagnosis and formulation of treatment plan for patient with MIDD;
b. Diagnostic dilemmas;
c. Assistance in identifying and implementing behavioral interventions and other ancillary services;
d. Assistance to the treatment teams in discharge planning to facilitate prompt return to the community in the least restrictive environment;
e. Provide guidance on the use of best practices and evidence-based medicine principles adapted for MIDD patients (and Expert Consensus Guidelines for MIDD);
f. Act as liaison with local County Boards of Developmental Disabilities in patient’s county of residence and/or linkage to appropriate community services such as telepsychiatry services, counselling, trauma informed care and other specialized services as applicable;
g. Facilitate care and planning both on inpatient unit and during transition to community for patients with cognitive deficits who are ineligible for county Board of DD services.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
