[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide production partner services seeking a high-quality, full-service video production company to produce the visual content for our Annual Stakeholders Meeting, as well as supporting video for other major system events and purposes,
- Full-service capabilities including creative planning, storyboards, production design, lighting, shooting, and editing,
- Must have a history of high-quality digital storytelling video production work including longer length videos (20-30 minutes in length),
- Participation in the creative process once we have finalized a theme through the visualization of that theme in a digital format,
- Development of a mutually agreed upon production schedule to ensure timely delivery, review and rehearsal for all events,
- Ability to time speech visuals with the pace of the speaker to ensure maximum impact,
- Expertise to be onsite at events to run the production in alignment with required timing,
- Proven track record of being able to tell a story through video that will convey the emotions and messages intended,
- Collaborative, strategic and creative partner.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 13, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
