[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide combined branding services seeking an agency partner with a proven track record for strategic and creative excellence in brand development and execution,
- Creative support (including creative concept development and production), this is for general advertising, non- brand advertising and Human Resource advertising/recruitment efforts.
- Content creation,
- Front-end/digital creative development,
- Analytic capabilities to help understand the basic campaign effectiveness, Ad tracking may be conducted separately however, it should be included in your response,
- Support with search engine marketing,
- Overall strategic capabilities related to campaign and media strategy, including use of paid social and display ads,
- Onsite support as required,
- Executive briefing, status, and performance materials/reporting,
- In-house creative and copy-writing (including front-end development and other digital capabilities, though back-end development is not required), strong strategic process, account planning, and media planning and buying.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 13, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
