[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide security monitoring software to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
- Programming and access control of 1100 access doors.
- Monitoring of security (motion alarms), fire (smoke detectors, pull stations), elevator alarms, panic buttons, and low temperature alarms,
- Remote supervision of open/close status of buildings,
- Video monitoring of active alarms,
- Security monitoring software installation,
- Labor hours to install with CCS IT personnel on-site for all buildings and doors,
- Training for five safety and security staff,
- Congruent client access for three staff,
- Install in safety and security base operations with real-time remote access,
- Password protected app and/or web-browser access,
- Service calls, DMP remote tech support,
- On-line access to reports shall be available in real time 24x7, 365 days per year,
- Technical assistance must be available 24x7, 365 days per year,
- Redundant database backup,
- Arm/Disarm CCS locations remotely,
- Lock/Unlock access doors remotely in case of an emergency,
- Add/Delete access control user cards and credentials,
- Add/Delete access control user cards and credentials by connecting to CCS personnel database,
- Control multiple locations simultaneously,
- Limit access control to certain parameters based on administrative / profile levels,
- Software access must be in real time,
- Receive real-time notifications, emails or texts of system events,
- Reporting based on access control users and / or events.
